Gurgling

My husband says I gurgle sometimes in middle of night. I am not aware I do this. I sleep at least 8 hours per night and don't notice any other issues other than occassional night sweats and I associate those to hormones and/or nightmares. My husband is scared I will stop breathing and says it sounds as if I am choking? Is this a normal symptom for anything
