I am glad that something is working for you. I personally do saline irrigations to my sinuses as well. I want to use the Neti pot, I have heard wonderful things about it. You are right that fungal infections can make things smell bad...did they ever culture your sinuses by any chance? If it was fungal all along, then those antibiotics would not have helped you, probably even might have made the fungus bloom even more.
I have heard many good things about oil of oregano, I know of one person who nebulizes the stuff (people, don't do this without your doctor's blessing!) and swears by it.
Good luck, Sunny
Recently, I do nasal irrigation with 10% Glucose Solution. That makes things become significantly better. However, I still have a smoke like smell coming from my nose. My question is what did Glucose do with fungal or something like that.
PS: Before Glucose Solution, I tried saline. From my experience, Glucose is better.
I don't know if it can be cured in this way. But try it.
Fluff242, how is your treatment going? Did it result in permanent results? I'm currently trying teat tree oil. I will let you know if it works and results in permanent results.
