Headaches, metal taste in mouth, breathing troubles and pain in left arm

hi, i am a 32 yr old woman.  I have been having headaches for about a month now on and off.  I had a throat infections (pus on tontsils)and went to doctor to get a antibiotic shot.  Now it is 2 weeks later and I am having the same headaches, a metal taste in my mouth( had it for about 5 days now) and dry mouth, shortness of breath and this morning i have a burning sensation in my left arm.  With all of this, it brings on anxiety attacks because i dont really know what is wrong with me and I hate feeling this way.  Can you tell me what I might have and what I can do to get rid of all these problems ( esp. the bad taste in mouth)
thanks

A sinus infection could probably produce everything you have described except the pain in your arm.  I would suggest talking with your doctor about getting a CT scan of the sinuses to see if this is the reason for the problem.  Depending on the results, different treatments can be started.
