Help needed with translation of Cat Scan for pneumonia

My cat scan came back with the following info. Could you please put this in plain english for me.

Indication: Area of high attenuation posterior right lung coinciding with the superior segement of the right lower lobe. The bronchus to this segment is well visualized and patent. There are normal pulmonary vessels well opacified. The segment appears to be atelectatic with no aeration. The ground glass appearence extends as a crescent shaped area of medium attenuation posterior basal segment of the right lower lobe. Right middle lobe & right upper lobe are clear. No hilar or mediastinal adenopathy is seen.

What is critical is that this CT scan be correlated with whatever problems are going on that were the reasons for the scan in the first place. Reading this report the following can be said:
There is an area of the lung that is not receiving air in the lower right lobe of the lung. The cause of this is not discussed and could be due to several different things. Usually when there is an area not receiving air (atelectasis) it is due to an obstruction blocking the airway.
