How to treat fluid in the lungs?

My aunt's ovarian cancer recurred in her ribs, she underwent chemo to treat the ovarian cancer, now she is in natural healing to treat the recurrence. Her ribs are healing but there is still fluid in her lungs. How can this be treated without using radiation or chemo therapy?
