Hurts to breathe and throat feels tight

I'm 17 years old and was sitting in my last class today when I felt my Diaphragm give a little twitch. I thought nothing of it until I straightened up it felt sore.

7 hours later I'm still hurting, as well, some other things have come up.

It hurts to take a deep breath and it also hurts to exhale to the point where no more air is coming out of my lungs. I also find it hard to swallow (My throat feel tight and sore around where my collar bone is.

When I exhale or take a deep breath I find it hard to breathe and feel panic coming on for a couple seconds or so. That and my esophagus and some muscles or something tightens up from the bottom of my ribs to my collar bone.

I'm 17 as well and I'm experiencing the same exact symptoms you're describing here. I can see you posted this a while ago-- did you ever find out what the cause was?
