I have been diagnosed with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis by biopsy in 12/07. Since that time, my doctors have been unable to determine the cause of this disease. My CT shows large areas of white in all lobes, throughout the lung areas bilaterally. We have removed some mold from our house, and this has been helpful. However, currently I continue to be short of breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor with minimal activity, even speaking is choppy at times.
My question is: What can cause this disease? My lab work has all come back negative for allergy antibodies, the Pneumonitis Panel is also negative. We do not own a hot tub, pets, birds.
