I Have Emphysema And Have Recently Been Prescribed

Hello I Was Told 5 Years Ago That I Had Emphysema ..For The Past 5 Years Ive Been On A Nebulizer And Find Now Im Getting Very Little Relief From It  , Ive Also Been Taking Salamol easi breath and Fluticasone Inhalers Along With Uniphyllin Tablets And Bumetanide Tablets Now Ive Been Prescribed Spironolactone To Take As Well...Ive Also Noticed Im Taking What I Can Only Discribe As Spasms  I My Lungs They Are excruciating, Is This Part Of My Emphysema? Ive Noticed A Slight Change In My Chest appearance It Looks Swollen Can You Help?Is It My Emphysema?
