I have been having trouble with palpitations, back pain and tight breath

I have been having trouble with breathing up-up. And almost two years now series of beeps distubing me in my heart couple with echo's i recieve through my left ear and sometimes my right ear every when i wake up in the morning . when this heart beep occours quivering all over my body and am not finding it funny at all, so i went to see a ductor he told me that i have palpitaion and prescribed these drugs Propanalol lorenzepan and lexotan sleeping pills all to no avail.
