MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

The back pain could have been due to an injury or repetitive use. Sciatica can also cause the symptoms described by you. There is back pain which radiates to the leg and foot. This can be caused due to spinal disc herniation, spinal stenosis and piriformis syndrome.  You can try avoiding those postures and movements which aggravates your symptoms. Could try cold or hot compress for relief from pain. Migraine is aggravated by lack of sleep. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation. He will do a series of examinations to confirm the cause for the pain. Usually it is treated conservatively (without surgery). If it does not respond he may then ask for a CT or an MRI scan.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
