Inhaling food mold, dangerous?

I somehow lest a pot with pasta in a corner for about a week, when i discovered it was all moldy(green, white, black)i immediately threw it out, a fairly large orangy dust cloud appeared. I imagine I inhaled some of that, afterwards I took a shower and opened all the windows.

Is this dangerous for me (like sepsis, collapse, lung infection, ...)? I have severe anxiety issues, so i already feel like i can t breathe. I hope you can help me , this was a one time event. i have some slight asthma.

thank you

Hello. Your immunecells in your lungs will fix that. Your raised lymphocytes levels can be due to anxiety. Relax my friend.
