Injured Arm

I was just about to sit down when my sibling hit me in the chest and I fell backwards on my left arm. It also got sorta twisted too... It's been hurting, or asleep sometimes. I can bend it, but if i do all i do feel a bone cracking or something... Please respond if you can. Thanx for everything. bye
