Is it possible to have H1N1 and sinus infection at same time?

I had fever, chills, nausea, diahrrea, facial pain, stuffy nose, muscle aches. The chills, nausea and aches were almost unbearable. Was diagnosed with sinus infection. Also had just given myself Humira injection. I belive the sinus infection part, but is it possible that I might also have h1n1-I work with pre-schoolers and it's been going around
