Is pain inside or outside or inbetween&what Dr.?

Nine months ago I had an upper left lobectomy. Now my diagnosis is mild to moderate COPD. I also have been having right rib pain. CT scan is clear. Going for bone scan of rt. rib area. Also had back surgery two months ago.Pain reaches about a #10 as I keep moving around all day.Right lung enlarged with presence of some emphysema.Pain intercostal or muscoskeletal? It hurts to take a deep breath.
