Is this pneumonia

My reports reads "there is a subtle area of increased opacity adjacent to the cardiac apex in the frontal view only could represent a subtle infiltrate. The lungs are otherwise clear. No evidence for olueral effusion. Heart size, hila, mediastinum, peripheral vasculature normal".
Potential lingular infiltrate. What does all that mean?

Thank you David for your reply.. My dr did order blood tests and they were a little elevated not sure which ones were low or high. Also she ordered another xray in 3 weeks after Levaquin is completed. Symptoms were of course coughing, wheezing, really bad chest pain. I took some Levaquin at home as my friend gave it to me 7 pills. Still feeling bad finally to dr then...my doctor ordered blood work and chest x-ray and given Levaquin 500 mg 1 day for 7 days then in 3 weeks another chest xray. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you.

Normally it means the radiologist doesn't really know. It could be a shadow. However, if your MD was concerned, he would order more tests or a repeat x-ray.
