I've had pneumonia since January 9, 2209

I have been treated on an out patient bases. My temperture has been 99.9 to 102.5. I have been on prednisone, antibiotics breathing treatments, inhalers and musinex. I have severe asthma, too. I am getting better, but I am still running low grade fever after 20 days.
I am not a person who usually runs fever, so the fever is making me extremely tired. My normal temp is 97.6. I am trying to drink juices and a lot of water .
Is there anything else I can do? I need to go back to work.
