Lingering Pneumonia

After being diagnosed with pneumonia 6 weeks ago I have finished round 3 & 4 (at the same time) of antibiotics, and I am still experiencing shortness of breath, some wheezing, extreme tiredness there is still a little pain in my back.  I never once coughed with this pneumonia.   Some days worst than others.  My doctor has referred me to a pulmonologist.  I guess my question would be if this is normal.  I was perfectly healthy and normal before I came down with this.  Somedays I feel like not getting out of bed.  I rested while taking the antibiotics, which I think has left me even weaker.  I am starting to have anxiety attacks over this thinking there is something worst wrong with me.
Thanks for any help
