Long Question please help

Alrigh 3 weeks ago i smoked a joint with my friend and my heart started beating rapidly i was taken to the hospital they took a chest X-ray, Blood tests, my urin and said nothing was wrong that my lungs were ok. Well i had this pain near my left sholder kinda udner the armpit went tothe doctor and he put me on medication that pain is pretty much gone but then i got this crazy stomach pain went tot he doctor he said i had lots of stomach acid producing put me on pills i dont really have that big stomach pain anymore accept last 2 days in the morning i felt pretty sick like i was gonna puke and had diariahha. But now i have this kinda pain in the right side of my throat and im having kinda lil trouble breathing i dont know what it could be and its really freaking me out that i might have some knid of cancer please help
