Low SATS should I worry?

It was confirmed about a year ago that I suffered from sleep aponea and have since been using a C Pap machine overnight. However I went into hospital for a fairly major unrelated operation about 5 months ago and they were worried that my sat level were always between 88 and 92. When they looked at my records they discovered that this was "normal" for me and had been discovered when I had the tests for sleep aponea. Consequently they kept me on oxygen throughout my time in hospital. This low Sat level was not mentioned to me by the chest clinic. Do you think I should be concerned as I am still low in energy?

People are usually prescribed oxygen use at home once their sat level is below 90.  You definitely need to see a pulmonologist as soon as possible.  Not only does low )2 levels zap your energy, it can also damage your organs.

Yes, I think I might be concerned.  You might consider another opinion with a pulmonologist as your chest clinic seems to have dropped the ball.  Have you ever had pulmonary function tests (pft's)?  Did they send you home on oxygen, I hope?
