Lumps in Throat

Hi
I hope someone can help!!! 6mths ago i had a sinus infection and an inner ear infection which affected my balance since that i have about 20 little flesh coloured lumps at the back of my throat and on my tonsill, I always have a sore itchy throat and sore ears,The lumps are now changing to a white/ruby red colour,The doctor reckons viral swabs came back clear,But now my partner has developed same lumps in his throat but twice as big????????Anyone heard anything simalar?????????????????

Your best approach is to see an ENT.  This specialist can observe these and take appropriate cultures to determine their source.
