Lung pain during exercising
Hi i am a 20 year old female, i am overweight (~250lbs at 5'5") and i just found this forum and hope i'll find my answer. For a long time now when ever i do anything like walking up 3 flights of stairs.. yea i get out of breath but wait a minute and i'm fine, how ever i get really very sharp pains in my lower back that i assum are my lungs hurting. The pain is extremely intense and there is no position that will make it better. it doesnt last all that long, maybe 5 minutes but it still is extremely uncomfotable and worries me a lot. This also makes me skiddish about exercising a lot which i know i need to start doing again. is this something i need to be worried about, or is it just from being so heavy? please help!
