Lymph node TB

Sir,
I am suffering from lymph node TB,I started my treatment(AKT-4) from 28-12-2012,but my doctor suggested me to take all four tablets together after break-fast,but when I search in internet It has been mentioned that one capsule has to be taken before break-fast remaing after break-fast.But till now I am contunuing all four tablets after break-fast.What is your opinion on these regard?

The recommendation for one of the four drugs, Rifampicin, is, that it be administered on an empty stomach either one hour before or two hours or more after meals, to increase total absorption, as food may delay and/or reduce the amount of rifampin absorbed.
