A girl 18 yrs old, diagnosed as a TB patient 1 yr back.
R I E P was given rregularly for 3 - 4 months.
No response again R I E P with Sparfloxacilin & Canamycin is given for 2 months. No response , what should be given now?

Without knowing more about this girl’s situation, including her symptoms, test results and treatment, it is very difficult to make even general recommendations.
