MS PATIENT WITH COPD

The doctors say I have COPD and that there is a sever decrease in diffusing capacity with a mild restrictive lung defect. FEV1 changed by 15% FEF 25-75 chabged by 58% There is also a moderate obstructive lung defect. Will this get better with pulmonary rehabilitation?
