Misdiagnosed copd.

I had a chest x-ray and shows mild copd and hyperinflating lungs, how can that be possible if I don't have any cough and maybe a bit congested,I have a very bad allergies at spring time and feel like its coming.

An X-Ray is a physical measurement, a cough is a possible symptom.  I'd take the medical diagnosis of a physical measurement before rejecting because of the lack of a specific symptom.  I am wrong if it is impossible to have mild COPD without a cough.  Discuss with the doctor who prescribed the X-Ray, was any further action suggested?
