Multipe Symptoms

My boyfriend is eighteen years old and in a very healthy condition, he has just returned from a long rugby game two days ago. his illness started about a day ago, he lives in australia but for his game he went to north australia. he is experiences some severe symptoms, he can barely hear anything and describled a "ringing noise", hes been vommiting all night, when he coughs he has black stuff coming out, his chest and neck hurt, his knees feel almost as if they're gonna break off, his wrists are strained, hes lost his balance and he has very severe diarhea (diarrhea) he couldnt even control his bowel movements in his sleep. please, i need imediate advice or a diagnosis i am very worried.
