My 5 year is in really bad shape

I am very concerned. Sometime in March my daughter came down with a fever of 102 degrees and I took her to the ER. At the ER, they found blood in her urine and she was coughing. They suggested to go to a pediatrician and recommended one. I have been going to three different doctors now for over 3 months and everytime I take her, its labeled a strep infection after a strep infection. She has been on 4 different antibiotics and everytime they are finished she gets sick again. They believe the blood in the urine is a serious post strep infection (which seems to clear when she is on cefprozil). As soon as shes off it, the blood comes back. In the meantime she has a very horrible deep cough, everyday. When she is off the antibiotics are tonsils are inflamed and enlarged.

Her pediatrician thinks I am overly worried and the doctor I took her to for a second opinion found that her strep antibodies were not high, he concluded she was not infected with strep as much as the other doctors thought. An ENT found a formation in the right lung (but the xray technician could not tell if its the start of pneumonia or a shadow?). The ENT suggested removal of the tonsils if the coughing and the inflammation become constant. Any suggetions? ideas? I really need some help because I am worried about her. Some nights she cannot sleep because the coughing is really bad. It has interfered with her eating and drinking fluids. If I missed anything that you would like to elaborate on I'd be more than happy to reply. I did get her tested for TB because someone was infected at my job (the dr said it came back negative but they barely even were able to do the TB test because my daughter kept moving her arm). We have 4 floors, and 6 elevators which are always crowded. The health department came in an did a 15 minute health inspection and said we were fine. My employer did not even bother to change the air filters.
