Myco plasma bacteria and headaches

My 14 yr old daughter became ill and hospitalized 2/04 with severe headache and chest pain.  Her blood work showed medium levels of m pheumoiae antibody igms and she was treated with zithromax.  AFter 2 months she was her self again.  Than 4/05 again severe chest pain, headache, cough, xrays showed pneumoniae and her m pneumonia anibody igm was 3862 very high level, again treated with biaxin and zithromax lasted 2 months.  Did great through the summer started up again in 9/04 headache, chest pain, but no cough, her igm level 2952.(also tested positive for chlamydia nemounia and pertusis) She was in and out of the hospital and put on and off of antibotics as the specialists do not agree, INFECTIOUS DISEASE SAY LEVELS STILL HIGH FROM APRIL, PULMONOLOGIST AND ASTHM/ALLERGIST DO NOT AGREE.  Her levels have been tested 11/05 2224, 12/05 2575 and 1/06 2285.  started feeling better in 12/05 could even go back to school, but Friday 3/03/06 woke up with extreme headache and dizziness, non of the medicines for vertigo are working, nor has she ever had dizziness or vertigo.  Also 12.05 her prolacten levels are high but endo thinks from stress.  Mri of head normal, seen immunologist, endo, pulmonologist, neurologist, infectious disease, etc..  My big question could
m. pheumonia antibody igm levels be this high in Jan 06 "2285" from apr 05 "3862" or does she have myco plasma again? Could she still be ill from the myco plasma and should she be on antibotics?  She has not been on antibotics since november.
