sometimes a problem has no good answer and at others (esp. during holidays) the board has fewer people around.  Your one question that was was not answered..well, it was unclear about what you wanted.  The other one you did get an answer.  You have to give it time.  Two days may not be enough.  Go here and ask a mod to delete you.
