Nose, smell and taste issues

Everyday my nose is stuffy, not stuffy to the point where I can't breathe but my nose is not comfortably open and I wouldn't normally care but this is what seems to happen because of it - suddenly at a point during the day my sense of smell and taste changes (everything now smells and taste weird and bad), sometimes it happens if I sneeze or blow my nose or sometimes it just randomly happens. Once I go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning it is fine again and then throughout the day again at some point it happens. Has anyone ever experences anything like this? If so what did you do to help it.
