O2 Sat 89%, No apnea, tests TNTC all neg

I have Shortness of Breath, Fibromyalgia, Hialtal Hernia (take gerd rx), and several other medical probs I don't think are involved in this S.O.B.  I've been to two Pulmonologist.  One treated me for COPD for a year, with no sucess & no medical evidence to support dx. 2nd Pulm said No COPD and could find no reason.  Neurologist ruled out all CNS & Muscular disease, ordered a Sleep Study, my o2 Saturation was 89% with no apnea as the tech and Neuro's Nurse told me.  Neuro office calls me again and say "you're gonna have to have CPAP".  I don't get it. I'm a non-working L.V.N. so do have some medical knowledge. I have periods of waking hours (sometimes last two weeks), without excertion, where I don't breath well.  My average respiration is between 8 and 16. I do wake with headaches at times, and tire easily (I have Fibro.), also have "brain fog" much of the time. I'm 20lbs over weight and not very active.  Do you have any ideas??  Lung CT & x-rays are neg.  Appreciate assistance.

Have the checked you for pulmonary hypertension also do you have any edema? those o2 Sat's as you know are to low. Pulmonary hypertension is over looked a lot for other things like emphysema COPD Asthma. So see if they will check for that. Good luck.
