O2 level
an O2 level of 82 while receiving O2 via nasal tube 24 hours a day.  Does have COPD and CHF...
any suggestions on why and also how to keep him comfortablel   Thank you

This individual should speak with his lung specialist about possible benefit from the use of trans-tracheal oxygen delivery.  Also ask the pulmonologist, if he is on optimum treatment, such as Advair™ Diskus® (fluticasone propionate and salmeterol) Inhalation Powder.
