Can be exposed at WTC result in a person developing obstructive sleep apnea?

Any documented proof and or hyper links to look at?

There are reports of people developing asthma, chronic bronchitis, and chronic cough after being exposed at the World Trade Center (WTC).  However there are no reports of anyone developing obstructive sleep apnea after being exposed at the WTC.
