PERSISTANT MUCUS

by Paul Wall, Aug 10, 2007 12:27AM
Hi. I know there has been other questions regarding mucus but I still dont understand. I am 17 and about 4 months ago I started to cough up mucus. Some so bad it came out like rubberbands and it was lodged into my throat. I am very worried that I may have a disease or something that can keep me from doing what I want to do in the future. I took amoxicillins, and now im taking chest congestion pills that relieves it. It gets rid of some of it but not all. Im going to the doctors in a couple of weeks but im so worried. I can cough it up about 7 times a day. I exercise, lift weights, and im healthy. My diet is fine. Someone please help me. Thank you.
