PFT Results/Please give my your input.

I was told the numbers listed below are good but the mid flows are low. I am concerned why my FEV1/FVC ratio is low. I thought the percentage on the FEV!/FVC ratio was the most important percentage of all. I'd appreciate everyone's input. Also, when I had PFT's done 5 years ago, my FEV1/FVC ratio was 79% pre and 81% post. I'm wondering if the 5 year drop in ratios is normal. Also, I am almost 46 years old, female, smoked for about 30 years and have quit for 6 months now, 155 lbs.

FVC Pre 135% Post 141%
FEV1 Pre 118% Post 130%
FEV1/FVC Pre 72% Post 76% ( In 2005 FEV1/FVC was Pre 79% and Post 81%)
