New PFT results. My results are different than previous. Previously dx'd Mild Emphysema. Do new results show diff. dx?

I am a 47 yr. old female,60 inches.

Pre Med%       Post Med%
FVC  83        92
FEV1 69        79
FEV1/FVC 70    73
FEF 39         50
PEF 88         91

TLC 102
RV  128(these numbers are higher than previous)

DLCO 75
DLCO/VA 125
DL adj 73

Significant differences on the Spirometery part, I had improvement after the med (14% on thrid try). In previous tests, no improvement (2% no matter how many efforts).
Also my DLCO is the best(highest) its ever been.
Question? Could I have been mis-dx'd with emphysema? Could I have asthma? If it is still emphysema would it still be only mild? I quit smoking nearly 4 yrs ago. These are, by my untrained eye, the best results I've had in years. I know there are some age-related changes that are normal. So since I've gotten older and my numbers are higher......
Thanks,
Lynette

The results of your most recent pulmonary function tests are more consistent with asthma than with emphysema.  If there is any emphysema, it would be mild.
