PLEASE HELP ME !

Hi I a m14 years old.
one night when i was doing my homework I felt this odd dump on my lower chest neck area.
I got scared and my heart started to beat fast, so the next day I went to the doctor and he told me I had Bronchitus (bronchitis).
He gave me this medication called Zemthrax witch I had to take for 5 days.
After I took the medication I still felt this dump on my lower chess neck area.  I felt nausea, but could not trough up.  I ca nbreath perfectly and do not fell out of breath, but I have a lot of mucus in my throat witch I always swallow or spit out.

I went to the doctor after I took the zimotrax medication and he told me I had tight muscles in my chest.  Could that be causing those dumps witch scare me and make my heart beat fast?
I never felt dissy when this happens jsut scared.
Last night I had a stomach ache and one more of those dumps in my chest.
I never feel short breathe when I run.  Matter of fact I feel better when i walk or do something.
Are these dumps serious?
I dont know is it is my heart or the muscles in my chest.
Is the bronchitus (bronchitis) witch I have recovered from causing this?

It is difficult to tell from your description what is happening when you experience one of these odd dumps in your lower chest neck area.  Please check with your doctor to know for sure the cause of these dumps.  It is understandable that this can be scary.  Anytime you are scared your heart can certainly beat faster.

Please check with your doctor to learn more about what he meant when he told you that you had tight muscles in your chest.  Tightness of the muscles around the airways of your lungs can happen with asthma.  Testing for asthma generally starts with a simple breathing test called spirometry.  This test provides detailed information about how your lungs are working.  It will show if there is tightness in your airways.  To really test for asthma this test may be repeated after using a rescue inhaler, an inhaled bronchodilator.  This measures how much the bronchodilator helps your lungs by reversing the tightness.  When there is a 20% increase the test is positive for asthma.

Postnasal drip is drainage from the nose and sinuses dripping down the back of the throat.  This would explain the mucus that you feel in your throat.  The drainage could be due to inflammation in your sinuses lingering after the bronchitis from which you’ve recovered.  You may have nausea and a stomachache without throwing up.  Drinking plenty of fluid will help to thin the mucus so that it moves more easily.  Generally you should be drinking 6 to 8 8-ounce glasses of non-caffeine fluid daily.  Talk with your doctor to know if this is a problem for you.  Also your doctor will be able to let you know if there are medicines that would be helpful for you.  A nasal wash helps remove mucus from your nose and sinuses.  Please read our Nasal Wash MedFact at http://www.nationaljewish.org/medfacts/nasal.html for more information about this technique.  Share this information with your doctor to see if you would benefit from this daily treatment.

Are you thin? You could simply be feeling your anatomy. Or you could have swollen lymph nodes due to an infection. Your doctor should be able to address this for you.
The Zithromax is a strong antibiotic that was given to you to help rid your body of that infection (possibly a sinus infection?)

Did you ask your doctor about the lumps?  If you push around too much, you may get some swelling as a reaction. Keep an eye on the lumps though to make sure they go away.

It sounds like you had an anxiety attack. You should really talk to a parent and your doctor to get the answers and reassurances that you need.

I have a 21 year old son with asthma but since having an air purifier in my home that covers the whole house; I've found it to help all my children even in the midst of this WI winter - we've had no colds or flu or other respiratory ills.  Here's some obvious signs in your own home that can indicate a need simply for whole house air purification.
COMMON TRAITS OF INDOOR AIR POLLUTION
Affected Household Members initials: ____ ____ ____ ____ ____
Dust on furniture / Visible in air
House odors
Allergies
Asthma
Sinus problems
Headaches
Sleeplessness / Light sleeper
Snoring
Sore throats / Colds / Flu
Itchy/ Watery eyes
Coughing / Throat clearing
Lack of Concentration
Depression / Irritability
Fatigue / Naps
Mold / Mildew in basement & bathrooms
Pet dander and odors
Smoking
Wood / Coal heater
Static Electricity

As you fill this in and realize how much is affected by your indoor air; maybe you should try an ionizing/ozone air purifier like I have.  It's removed all respiratory ills in our family with 8 children 19 down to two.
