How do you stop post nasal drip, naturally?

Post nasal drip can be caused by many different causes, both allergic and non-allergic.  Most, however, are of the non-allergic nature and difficult to control easily and simply.  There is no “natural” way to step the drainage.  There are several different medications that might be of help.  These include nasal steroids and antihistamines.  It might be helpful to discuss these options with your physician.
