PPH and living in high altitudes?

We are moving to the Santa Fe, NM area at an altitude of over 6,000'....will that have any deleterious effect on my PPH? I am a 35 year Sytemic Lupus patient and have clotting problems and take Coumadin and I also have acquired Epilepsy after a stroke when I was 29 - I am now 66. We have visited Santa Fe (and hiked in the mountains) and I seemed to be ok. We are going again in the fall for two weeks.

This discussion is related to PPH in infants.
