i got the result of my xray, PTB both upper lobe, what does it means? i check the symptoms of PTB but none of this i feel.

Pulmonary tuberculosis. A doctor would need to prescribe something. TB is serious and contagious. You could have TB and have no symptoms, but you could still spread it to others, who could have symptoms.
