Pain when i breathe in the right side of my chest

Hey im really concerned about my chest pains i've been experiencing for the last couple weeks.  I'm a 19 yr old marajuana smoker, and i've been gettin pains on the right side of my chest right above my breast, it feels like my lung but i dont know.  the pain increases when i breathe deep or after i smoke, but it comes and goes otherwise....  I also just started to work out again, so mayb ethat has somethin to do with it but it feels likes it more on the inside, i havent seen a doctor yet because im not sure if im just being paranoid.  I'm scared I have lung cancer, can anyone help me?
