Phantom Smoke Smell

hello:) ive been having this 'phantom smoke smell' for roughly 3 years. i had it when i was 12yrs old at the near end of the year till now. its irregular so somedays i have it, other days i wont. it could last for the whole day and sometimes just a few hours.ive searched about it and they say its a partial seizure but im still uncertain of it. do tell if its really a partial seizure and if theres a cure for it. ( its not that severe that i would vomit but its been bugging me at school a lot and at most itll just give me a slight headache) thank you :))
