Phlegm, Cold to Infection, Migraines to Headaches, Help Please?

Hi Guys,
First of thank you for reading. Here's a sum up over my overall hell.
Over month of multiple symptoms!
I was going out to deal with stress end of September into October.

Mid October:   I started to develop cold like symptoms, running nose, chest congestion, mild headaches, thought it would pass so I went out to do fall activities with friends in the cold, the cold got worse. I finally went to a doctor, he gave me antibiotics. At the time I just had yellowish, brown phlegm and mild headaches and tiredness.
About a week later, I still felt crappy so I went back. This time I had HORRIBLE migraines frequently then turned into everyday, phlegm still around. Put on stronger antibiotics and medicine for migraines.

2nd week into November: No relief, migraines were everyday so I went to a neurologist.  He gave me medicine for the migraines suggested I did not need an MRI or anything else.

Thankfully, the migraines aren't serve all day anymore but it changed to tension / congestion feeling headaches, pretty mild but all day long no break. Trouble concreting and very moody.

Here it is Dec 4th, and I am still having these headaches, confusion and phlegm. I also feel like my ears feel blocked, can hear my pulse sometimes, vision sensitive to light.

Please, send suggestions on what you think the issues is and where to go from here?

I want to go back to my general physician tomorrow and ask for a steroid and ask what tests should I get done?
I really need some relief here guys, I'm getting extremely irritable, tired and stressed and just want all this pain to end to get back to business as usual.
Thank you so much for your time, I appreciate it.
