My husband gets this dizzy/headache like feeling after intercourse, that will also have him coughing up phlem if he lays down. This lasts for about an hour. Can you help us?

Your husband needs to discuss this with his doctor. Taking certain medications, for example, Viagra can cause dizzy/headache. So can hypertension and cardiovascular disease
Intercourse doesn't create phlegm that needs to be coughed. He needs to find out what is causing the phlegm in the first place and should also discuss this with his doctor. Any exertion, especially with changing positions can cause one to cough up existing phlegm. If he is a smoker, that could explain the phlegm.
