Pleurisy during pregnancy

I am 8 months pregnant and think I am getting pleurisy again, although I will know for sure in a day or two when the pain usually gets worse. Last year I had it about 4 times and also had pneumonia once which I was in hospital for.
I was wondering if anyone knows what treatments are available for pleurisy during pregnancy? Since I was previously told to take neurofen to get rid of it but I can't take that in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Does anyone know if there are complications due to the treatment or if it can bring on early labour?
