Possible Sleep Apnea

Im 24 y/o female been diagnosed with pvc's/palpitations on a regular basis for 6 months now for no reason. For the past couple months Ive been waking up gasping for air and trembling, also it feels like my heart has stopped beating. Im not sure if I may have sleep apnea or not but Im pretty afraid to go to sleep now. Im not tired duing the day and I try and get atleast 8 hes of sleep a night. I have these episodes a couple times a month but my hubby doesnt notice them and Im sleeping right next to him..any ideas?

At your age, the PVCs/palpitations are probably not indicative of heart disease.  It is much more likely that these and your night-time awakenings are secondary to anxiety with panic attacks.  While that is the likelihood, before making that assumption you should be examined to be sure that you do not have any underlying heart disease.  The PVCs and palpitations can also have a physical or physiologic basis in the heart, without heart disease, and can often be alleviated with safe medication.

Waking up gasping for air may be related to the palpitation but could also be a reflection of a sleep disturbance, especially if you are overweight, and if so perhaps related to your palpitation.  You should be evaluated for a sleep disturbance.  There are ways to do this with in-home monitoring and you should check with your doctor on this.  You may also need 24 to 72 hour heart monitoring to sort out the heart rhythm that is causing the palpitation.
