Such malodors and bad taste are often secondary to sulfur containing compounds that often accumulate on the surface of the tongue (visibly or invisible) secondary to bacterial overgrowth and can be relieved by brushing one’s tongue. Another possibility is that some matter, usually food has become lodged in one of the laryngeal spaces that surround the epiglottis, or possibly in the upper pharynx in or about the adenoids (adenoids). The adenoids (adenoids) should be very small at your age but that is not always the case.
Assuming that you have never had this before, I suggest that you arrange for examination by an ENT specialist, with the use of a fiberoptic laryngoscope, for direct complete visualization of all the structures of your nose, throat and larynx.
