Pressure in throat

HI,
10 days ago I awoke with feelings of a stiff neck. It didn't go away and I only felt it when I would look to my extreme sides.
I went to my Doctor and he saw nothing. I was also feeling a strong pain while swallowing only when I would look down towards my feet. Now the stiff neck is basically gone but I still have that pain when swallowing and looking down and now I have been feeling this pressure on my throat which feels like im wearing a Neck tie too tight!!
Can you please tell me what this might be?

PS The stiff neck feeling is much worse right when I wake up every morning. I also can feel the sharp pain if i push in below my adams apple-i feel the pain on the back of my throat.

I feel that same way,I feel like I have a neck tie up so tight right on my lymph nodes dont know whats going on. I had blood test and everything came back normal... can anyone help?

The stiff neck is common and almost never due to a serious problem.  Your throat pressure and swallowing pain when looking down are probably lingering from whatever caused your stiff neck.  If it does not go away soon, you should have a swallowing exam.
