Puilmicort Respules Steroid content vs. Prednisone

I have been prescribed the Puimicort Respules irrigation routine. It has helped, but I'm worried that I'm ingesting too much steriod. I have three questions.
1) How much steriod is contained in one .5mg respule as compared to a 5 mg prednisone pill?
2) How long should the saline/pulmicort solution stay in the sinuses (my Dr. says try to keep in there for 5 minutes)?
3) How much steriod can be ingested by using it this way?
