Pulmonary Hypertension and Brachytherapy

I have recently been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension.  I received brachytherapy 4 months ago for in-stent re-stenosis following several stent placements and double bypass.  Is there a connection between the two?  Did one cause the other?  I also have sleep apnea, pseudo tumor cerebri, fibromyalgia and bleeding ulcers.  What direction should I look for help?

Brachytherapy involves the use of radiation implants in the treatment of a variety of cancers and coronary artery disease (CAD), but re-stenosis at the edge of the radiation field may occur.
Pulmonary hypertension can result from CAD and/or sleep apnea.  It is important to be sure that both of these conditions are effectively treated.  A heart specialist or cardiologist would help with the CAD.  For help with the sleep apnea there are lung specialists or pulmonologists as well as sleep disorders specialists.  An internist would be helpful as coordinator and patient advocate.
